World`s Biggest and Smallest Hard disk drives

What you see on this picture is the world`s very first hard disk which came with 305 RAMAC, the first computer with a hard disk drive and it is the biggest one as well. It was launched by IBM in September 1956 weighed over a ton but stored just 5MB of data.

Japan's Toshiba Corporation`s following pictured Hard disk drive seems like the smallest on the earth. It is certified by the Guinness World Records. Its stamp-sized hard disk drive is around .85-inch size as the smallest in the world but its memory capacity sizes up to 4 Gigabytes.
