Minimum VMFS3 LUN Volume size is 1.2 GB (1200MB)
At the time of creation maximum VMFS3 LUN Volume size is 2TB.
You could make it still bigger by adding extents.
Maximum of 32 extents.
So after adding all thirty two 2TB extents the maximum size of a VMFS3 could go up to 64TB.
